    Responsibilities

    Responsible for office administrative duties. The receptionist’s duties may vary daily depending on the needs of the office. Assists in making sure calls are put through to the correct person. Making sure mail goes to correct person and getting the couriers out the door every week.

     

    Essential Functions: 

    • Manage the reception desk, including receiving all inbound calls and greeting visitors.
    • Prepare, receive and distribute all outgoing/incoming mail and couriers.
    • Provide administrative support to office staff to arrange meetings, print and bind documents and other administrative tasks as required.
    • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
    • Prepare and administer project filing.
    • If required support the coordination of project deliverables and provide administrative support for operations team
    • Provide administrative support to other Administrative staff as required.
    • Other office related administrative functions

    Qualifications

    • Experience in clerical and/or secretarial duties. 
    • Minimum of 1 year office administration experience preferred
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
    • Ability to prioritize and organize many diverse tasks at once. 
    • Well organized and customer – service oriented
    • Quick learner - open minded
    • Adaptive to a fast paced work environment
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Able to compete complex admin tasks with minimal supervision
    • Strong communication and email skills
