    Corrpro Canada is looking for a Temporary, Full Time Administrative Assistant to join our team for a 12-18 month term, in Fort St. John, BC. This role will assist Corrpro Canada's operations with accounts payable duties, job cost tracking, data entry, filing and reception.

    Corrpro Canada, an Aegion Company, is Canada's largest corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any type of cathodic protection system for any type of structure.


    • Providing administrative support to field and management operations teams
    • Coding and entering of all accounts payables
    • Maintaining multiple spreadsheets to be distributed to upper management
    • Answering multi line telephone, sorting mail, receiving parcels and arranging couriers
    • Create and analyze spreadsheets, type correspondence, file, fax, set up WebEx calls, arrange printer and computer maintenance, order office supplies etc.
    • Assist in records maintenance, project file creation and paperwork for employees in assigned areas
    • Performing various functions using our accounting program (JD Edwards)


    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of experience in an office administration
    • 1+ years of experience in accounts payable an asset; but not required
    • 1+ years of experience with software systems an asset but not required (JD Edwards, JCMR, Journyx)
    • Must have strong typing skills with a high level of proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications

    • Prioritize tasks for completion in a timely manner

    • Able to work independently and display creativity, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrates initiative
